LNCs concentrate on the nursing and medical issues of a case and a paralegal gives attention to the legal side of a case which may exclude an in-depth analysis of the medical issues. Through the use of an LNC in conjunction with a paralegal, it allows each role to concentrate on their area of expertise and knowledge.
We have the knowledge needed to accurately screen cases and recognize major medical issues. We can offer this service at a fraction of the cost of a physician review. We can save attorneys time and money by developing a strong case through investigation, research and case theme.
